All food vendors participating in the outdoor arts extravaganza are eligible for this “culinary clash,” held in the Buffalo Rock Family Food Tent.  The vendors compete for “Best Specialty Item,” “Best Entrée,” “Best Display,” “Best Beverage,” and “Best Dessert.”

The champs receive a blue ribbon to showcase their award throughout the festival weekend…but the real winners are the festival-goers who get to enjoy the delicious foods!

The 2010 winners are:

“Best Dessert” – Pop's Barbecue of Killen, AL:  Chocolate-Dipped Cheesecake drizzled with Caramel
